Why are the delivery times 15 to 25 days?
Our products are shipped from warehouses located in Asia or Eastern Europe, which allows us to offer competitive prices. We prioritize transparency over making false promises.
My tracking isn't updating, is that normal?
Yes, there can be a delay of 3 to 7 days before the first tracking update. If after 10 days there is still no update, please contact us.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us within 24 hours of your order at sebd2.2j@gmail.com. After this period, the order is already being processed and we can no longer change the address.
My order is marked "delivered" but I haven't received it?
First, check with your neighbors or building manager. If the package cannot be found, contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation.
Can I order multiple products in one order?
Yes! Please note, however, that depending on the products, they may be shipped in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
